Hi, I'm Peng Zhou. I build small software products, and I write about the unglamorous part nobody teaches you: getting an app actually deployed, taking real money from real users, and not getting into legal trouble doing it.

I ship on Cloudflare Pages with auto-deploy from GitHub — it's the setup I use for everything. A big part of what I write about is the gap Stripe doesn't cover: how do you actually get paid when Stripe won't open an account in your country? I dig into the workarounds — Ko-fi, PayPal, Paddle — and the tax and payout trade-offs nobody explains up front. The goal is the same for every guide here: take you from "it runs on my laptop" to "strangers are paying me for this."

Every guide here is something I've actually done, on the current version of the tool. If a step is missing a screenshot, it's because I forgot to take one — not because I'm hand-waving the hard part.
